We are recruiting a talented Pre Engineered Metal Building / Steel Erector to captain our team.
Our ideal candidate would meet the following qualifications:

• Min of 3 years Experience in Steel Erection
• Min of 3 years Pre Engineered Metal Building Erection Field Experience
• Ability to read and understand plans and shop drawings
• Facilitate company meetings with Admin, Crew and Customers
• Assertive problem solver who doesn’t let roadblocks and hurdles stop progress.
• Mechanically curious with the ability to diagnose issues with company equipment and faithfully execute standard maintenance procedures on company equipment.
• Standard computer and office skills – MS Office, scheduling, daily reports, etc (Field Wire Experience a Plus)
• Comprehensive knowledge of custom fabrication and Steel Erection as well as other potentially self-performed scopes of work
• Safety conscientious. Working knowledge of OSHA safety requirements.
• Maintain an efficient and clean jobsite with emphasis on both production and quality control.
• Represents position and company professionally with clients, inspectors, subcontractors, vendors, employees, etc. Builds and maintains positive working relationships.
• Key leadership characteristics would be accountability, follow-through, mentorship style, management, efficiency, dependability, open communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Employment contingent on pre-employment screening.
• Valid Driver’s License and Ability to gain Military base clearance

Compensation Package:
Earn up to $25/ hr based on experience. After 90 Days we offer Employer Contributed Medical Insurance, IRA Match Program, Profit Sharing but not required)
